Acceptance
By accessing ChronoSeek, creating an account, using the website, or calling the developer API, you agree to these Terms of Service.
If you use ChronoSeek on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these terms.
Accounts and Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account, session, password, and API keys.
You must provide accurate account information and promptly revoke API keys or contact us if you suspect unauthorized use.
API Usage and Credits
ChronoSeek may require credits for playground or developer API requests. Credits can be debited when requests are accepted or completed according to the active product rules.
You are responsible for all usage generated by your account and API keys. Rate limits, request limits, and access rules may change to protect service reliability.
Video Sources and User Inputs
You must only submit video URLs, prompts, and related inputs that you have the right to process through ChronoSeek.
Videos must be publicly accessible for retrieval. ChronoSeek is not responsible for inaccessible, removed, restricted, copyrighted, or third-party-hosted media submitted by users.
Payments and Top-Ups
Top-ups may be processed through card or crypto payment providers. Credits are applied after payment confirmation and may depend on provider settlement status.
Unless required by law or explicitly stated otherwise, completed credit purchases are non-refundable. Failed, canceled, or expired payment attempts do not grant credits.
Prohibited Use
You may not use ChronoSeek to violate laws, infringe rights, attack or overload the service, reverse engineer protected systems, bypass billing, scrape abusively, submit malware, or process content you are not authorized to use.
We may suspend or restrict accounts, API keys, or requests that create security, abuse, legal, payment, or infrastructure risk.
Service Availability
ChronoSeek may depend on third-party infrastructure, payment providers, public video hosts, and decentralized subnet participants. Results, latency, availability, and accuracy are not guaranteed.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features as needed for product development, security, reliability, compliance, or business reasons.
Intellectual Property
ChronoSeek and its website, interfaces, branding, software, and documentation are owned by ChronoSeek or its licensors.
You retain responsibility for content and inputs you submit. You grant ChronoSeek the rights needed to process those inputs and provide the service.
Disclaimers and Liability
ChronoSeek is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ChronoSeek will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the service.
Changes and Contact
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of ChronoSeek after changes means you accept the updated terms.
For questions about these terms, contact the ChronoSeek team through the official community or support channels linked on the website.
